Carnival ACS 2, also known as A Family A'Fair, is the second major carnival event held in ACS and ACS . It will be held on the 30 June 2007 from 9 am to 4.30 pm.

The objective of the carnival is to raise funds which will be chancelled towards enriching the quality of education for the students in ACS (Barker road) such as the Arts Enrichment programme. The funds will also helps to improve on the school's infrastructure, more specifically the air-conditioning of the Science Laboratories. The school's target is S$250 000. The school also hopes that, through the carnival, students will learn important life skills like teamwork, cooperation, entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, as well as creating memories for the students of their years in ACS(Barker Road).

The school managed to sold S$213 625 worth of tickets.

Traffic Arrangement

Due to the high vehicle and human traffic that will be expected during the carnival and the high vehicle traffic along Dunearn Road, the school have made some traffic arrangements and also encourage students and visitors to take public transportations to the carnival. There will be free parking available at Chinese International School on that day itself. The school will also have a pay-per-entry car parking at it's Transport Centre. A fee of $10 cash will be charged.

There will also be two free shuttle bus services: the Mini-Bus Service and the Big Bus Service.

The Mini-Bus Service's route will start at Newton Hawker Centre's car park, travel along Bukit Timah Road stopping at the bus stop after Newton Circus. It will then make a U-turn at Steven Road or Adam Road, depending on the traffic condition, and travel along Dunearn Road stopping at the bus stop beside Chinese International School. It will then travel along to Barker Road, stopping at the school gate near the tennis court. It will then travel back to Dunearn Road and back to Newton Hawker Centre's car park, stopping at the bus stop at Chancery Court and the bus stop before Newton Circus.

The Big Bus Service's route is similar to the Mimi-Bus Service's route except that it will not travel along Barker Road. It will instead continue to travel along Dunearn Road and stop at the bus stop beside ACS (Barker Road).

The shuttle bus service will start at 8 am and ends at about 6 pm.
