The channels are carried on cable via satellite in fourteen European countries including Germany, France Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Luxembourg, Northern Italy, Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Lichtenstein, Macedonia and, Montenegro.
The channels have a potential footprint of 80 million viewers and broadcast in English and German.

Carol Angela Davis is the President of both CAD, Inc. and Global Broadcasting & Syndication Co., Inc.
Ms. Davis is the creator of the network of channels and directs their daily creative, marketing and content operations.
Under the brand name
MagnaBand.net, Ms. Davis also directs a group of online syndicated broadcasting sites that launched in 2000 as the initial iteration of the current channels.
A lawyer, television journalist and creator of business models, her focus on self-styled grass roots content led the European market to seek out her aggregated channels for distribution to Europe and beyond.
Taking note of her accomplishments, Bryn Mawr Now featured her for "structuring new media ventures"; Illinois Technology Magazine called her "Citizen Can" and Chicago Underground named her "a force to be reckoned with."
Ms. Davis is an award winning broadcast journalist with more than 30 years experience in the television, radio and print industries.
She has content relationships with such venerable institutions as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ.
Ms. Davis was educated at Bryn Mawr College and Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Gary Hutchins
Gary Hutchins is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Global Broadcasting & Syndication Co., Inc and a partner in CAD, Inc.
As such he directs the strategic and financial operations, conducting the bottom line analysis for the current and potential undertakings of each business.
Mr. Hutchins also evaluates the business processes to determine
operational and developmental efficiencies.
It is under Mr. Hutchins leadership that the channels and their respective business models matured and migrated from the web to European cable television and are positioned for additional global platform distribution – from cell phones to gaming consoles to set-top boxes.
Mr.
Hutchins spent the past 30 years focused on the assessment and layering of risk to achieve core corporate objectives.
He spent a considerable portion of his career on Wall Street working with Goldman Sachs, Kidder Peabody, First Boston, Salomon Brothers and Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Hutchins has worked in both commercial and retail banking evaluating the profitability of businesses.
Mr. Hutchins was educated at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Mark Geragos
Mark Geragos is an attorney who has represented some of the most prominent figures in the world.
Mr. Geragos is also the co-founder of CAD, Inc.
As such, he provided the foundation and infrastructure for the creation of the channels and for their development as online broadcasting sites that aggregated and migrated to the offline broadcasting industry.
His behind the scenes presence was the impetus for many of the strategic relationships and steps the company took that positioned it to be a major player in both online and offline broadcasting.
As a result, MagnaBand.net became the first online television broadcaster credentialed as press at a major celebrity trial, solidified its
presence with leading financial institutions and developed a strong presence in the field of legal oriented content.
Mr.
Geragos is the Principal of the 14 lawyer firm of Geragos & Geragos where both CAD, Inc. and Global Broadcasting & Syndication Co., Inc. are based.
A recipient of numerous awards, his national reputation as a trial lawyer was cemented when he successfully defended the former business partner of former President Bill Clinton.
He was also one of the lead lawyers in a pair of groundbreaking Federal Class Action Lawsuits against New York Life Insurance and AXA Corporation, which involved repeated hearings in the United States and Europe.
Mark has regularly appeared as both guest and legal commentator on “Good Morning America," "Dateline NBC," "Larry
King Live," “Greta Van Susteren’s On the Record,” "60 minutes" and “48 hours”.
Mr. Geragos was educated at Haverford College and Loyola University Law School.
