Carolina Gynning Nilsson (born 6 October 1978 in Malmö, Skåne, Sweden) is a Swedish glamour model and television personality. She is best known for being a presenter on Sweden's version of American Idol. Gynning is also a painter, singer, and author. She is also one of Sweden's more popular bloggers.

Gynning was born in Malmö but grew up Falsterbo. In her early years she was very shy but as she grew up she turned into a 'wild child'. She attended Spyken School where she studied art and began modeling. Her love of art comes from her mother Agneta Gynning who is a painter.
Gynning began modeling at the age of 17. During this time she underwent breast augmentation which propelled her career into glamour modeling. She got lured into a world of sex and drugs. Gynning's crowning achievement was landing the Miss December for German Playboy. Gynning has also appeared in the men's magazines Moore Magazine, Slitz, and Café.[1]
Gynning was a relatively unknown model until her appearance in the Swedish version of Big Brother in 2004. She became a household name in Sweden in 2004 when she won the television game show Big Brother.
On 4 April it was revealed that Gynning along with Carina Berg would host the fourth season of Idol 2007 in Sweden. Gynning and Berg have worked together on Förkväll. Idol 2007 was broadcast on TV4. Peter Jihde was then host the top 10 final shows.
In 2008 Gynning and Carina Berg hosted the first season of the Swedish version of Stars on Ice.
Prior to Big Brother Gynning appeared in the French film Happily Ever After which starred Johnny Depp. She played the character Zoe.
In 2005 Gynning wrote the book Ego Girl in which she described how she tried to be a model at 17 and got lost in a world of drugs before straightening out her life. In 2008 it was reported that Gynning would write a continuation to Ego Girl called Ego Woman[2]
In January 2007 Gynning announced she was tired of her breast implants and was selling them on eBay for charity.[3]
On 16 February 2007 Gynning returned to her job as a host on the TV talk show Förkväll and showed her removed breast implants. As a symbol of her past, she will symbolically bury the implants in a plexiglass box before auctioning them off.[4]

Carolina Gynning (born October 6, 1978) is a Swedish celebrity and model. She also is the winner of the 2004 season of reality television program Big Brother.
