Carroll Community College is a Community College in Westminster, Maryland in the USA. It fields a rugby team known as the Dullahans who kick ass. Carroll was established as a branch campus of Catonsville Communist College. The school now sports an equally evil SGO council with Nick Smith as acting treasurer who plans to take over leadership of the SGO concil in fall 2007 but no one will vote for him. In 1993 Carroll gained its independence after a long and violent revolution. The Islamic republic of Carroll community college (CCC) is the current government of the school grounds. On September 11 2007 president Bush stated that the leader at Carroll must stop their processing of yellow cake uranium and must stop there WMD program or face war. Nick Smith who heads the uranium enrichment program states that its only for energy use only but Bush does not buy it and plans on sending troops in within the next week to stop Smith. From satelite photos taken from google earth the uranium was said to be located in the T building. Currently the UN is debating whether or not they should send peace keepers in to rescue refugees from the T building and nearby A building. Nick Smith, the current running offical for leadership in Carroll Community says "I will not allow troops in to view the uranium program" while playing flight simulator. "We view Nick Smith as an iminate threat to our homeland security and we will stop him if necessary" said George Bush at a recent press conference held on the White House lawn. Many human rights groups criticize the government run internet calling it communism and say they do not treat their citizens with respect. Most Carroll Community resistance groups who oppose the totalitarian based government have either been locked up or killed. Carroll community Resistance is the name used for resistance movements which fought the Islamic republic of Carroll community college. Resistance groups included small groups of armed men and women (referred to as freedom fighters, if they were based in the countryside), publishers of underground newspapers, and escape networks that helped allied soldiers. The most notable of these freedom fighters is known as the A226 cell leaded by a shadowy figure known as rubber duck. On their website A226 stated that they would help the US invasion and make sure Carroll community was a “better friend” then Israel in the area. Nick smith was quoted as say A226 was a work of the CIA. Nick Smiths husband is known as the first man.
