Cartoon Cartoon Network was Cartoon Network's second actual spin-off. It is a 24-hour digital cable television network, showing Cartoon Cartoons produced by "Hanna-Barbera/Cartoon Network Studios", non-Cartoon Cartoons produced by other animation studios, and Cartoon Cartoons from Cartoon Network's international networks. The television network was similar to The Disney Channel's sister channel Toon Disney and Nickelodeon's sister channel NickToons TV.

It was reportedly in development by Time Warner and Turner Broadcasting, and was expected to be launched in both North America and Europe around 2007.
