BIOGRAPHY:Joyce
was born in Sydney, Australia. She was one of two children and grew
up into a 'confused' childhood, having lived in 4 Australian States
by the age of 8. While at high-school she began her writing
'obsession', creating a short-lived in-school newspaper and handed
out Mission Statements to fellow peers on how to 'live life to the
full'. She almost got suspended on several occasions for pranks and
it was only when, while researching for one of her school
assessments, that she realised the importance of education. She
became friends with several lecturers from Sydney & Macquarie
University. Due to this, she then focused in-depth on her first
book, 'Dante's Scaffold', while her marks continually dropped just
before completing the HSC. She banked on the success of her first
book, which unfortunately only sold several hundred copies. She has
started writing her second book, based on the Leopold & Loeb
murder, though the title of the book has not yet been decided
on.
