On October 15, 1969
Beatrice Hendricks, a
widow, entered into a "
contract of sale"
with
Catherine L. Thomas, a
single
person. Catherine Thomas was to pay to the
Phoenix Federal
Building and Loan Association $65 per
month at 8 1/2% interest to be deposited in the
account of
Beatrice
Hendricks. I can't tell if the balance on the Contract was
$
5,000 or $
5,300, but either way it would have taken
about 10 years to pay off. Then in 1981 Beatrice Hendricks deeded
the
property to
Catherine L. Thomas,
presumably as a result of full payment and completion of the
contract
of sale.

In 1979, before the age of
computers, Catherine
L. Thomas pledged her
real property, as an appearance bond to
Muskogee
County Court Clerk's Office. Catherine L. Thomas wrote a hot
check to east side
Safeway Inc. of
Muskogee,
Oklahoma, now
Homeland for $
28 and some change in 1979. This check was from
Commercial National Bank & Trust Company of Muskogee.

between Beatrice Hendricks and Catherine Thomas, please note on the
contract itself there is a statement that the payments Ms. Thomas
was making were to be deposited into Ms Hendricks savings
account.
Enclosed is the copie of the contract and your folders
that were sent to use.
