
Mission and Objectives
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Franco Portuguese (CCIFP) has, as a main goal, the promotion of action and investments between Portugal and France providing support to companies who have interests in bilateral commerce benefiting from indications, advices and commercial contacts according to their needs.
CCIFP provides support to companies from across the world who wants to spread their business in Portugal or France possessing a wide array and variety of quality services.
CCIFP is able to provide information, improve relations between members and external agents such as public organisms and a wide range of Chamber of Commerce located in France and Portugal.
CCIFP allows and provides access to information about every kind of product and sectors, investigation and development or technological transfer between France and Portugal.
Companies can benefit CCIFP’s advantages and its close relation with the Portuguese Embassy in France which increases its credibility and spreads his potential of action.
Among the pack of services provided by the Chamber of Commerce there is also a presentation of events that stimulate relations among the members and the financial base of CCIFP to develop a dynamic platform of communication destined to the actual members of CCIFP.
History
Created in 2004 by the Ambassador of Portugal in France, António Monteiro e by the director of the ICEP’s French delegation, was constituted as an Association by the French law 1901 with the name “Association pour le Development Economique entre Portugal et France ”.
In 2006 it achieves the statute of Chamber of Commerce by the PME of commerce, art and hand craft and liberal professions.
