1998 - Founding
The company was started by a group of visionaries

1999 – 2001
After being headed by Arun Pudur, a visionary to the core, he provides the driving force for Celframe's young, high spirited and motivated team in achieving great heights. The division became an independent company in the year 2001 it has established offices and development centers in US, India and Malaysia.

2001 – Present
Prudent Icon Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 9th April 2001 under the companies act of Malaysia. It is a software services organization focused mainly on Software Development & IT outsourcing company based in Malaysia and is the proud partner of 5 top Asean companies which are in the biz of e-governance. Prudent Icon expanded by joining many joint venture partners in the field of Information & Technology looking for globalizing and outsourcing the projects which have procured from Malaysia and other countries.

2004 – Dial @ JOB
Celframe has launched DIAL A JOB is a unique platform that provides job seekers a Professional Resume with FREE Job placements. It simplifies the entire job application process and connects every job seeker to their potential employers. It offers the flexibility to choose their career based on individual interest thereby encouraging productivity and maximizing potential.

2005 – 2006 – Celframe Office
Celframe announced the launching of their new product, Celframe Office Suite.

2007 – Present - Celframe Office 2008 and Celframe Business Solution
Gen - X - Teknokrats Sdn Bhd (Formerly Known as Celframe Information Technologies Sdn Bhd), a division of Celframe, USA, has embraced its own legal identity by becoming a separate corporation on its own. At present having touched an overwhelming success all through the Asia Pacific and the Middle – East with its' global strategic partnership and joint ventures with local companies led by Mr. Arun Pudur who has been the very instrument for its' growth.

Celframe Office Suite is a multi-platform office productivity suite. It includes key desktop applications such as Celframe Write, Celframe Spreadsheet, Celframe Database, Celframe Studio, Celframe Power Presentation, Celframe Photo Album, Celframe Draw, Celframe Sync, and Celframe Post Box. Sophisticated and flexible, Celframe Office also works transparently with a variety of file formats including those of Microsoft Office. It looks and feels familiar and is instantly usable by anyone. Celframe Office reads all major competitors files.

Celframe Business Solution

The division also focuses on developing administration, financial and business management software for companies. These products includes Business Go Live 2008, HR Care and Employment Ads 2008, and Sales and Marketing Letters 2008.

Celframe OS

An Operating System that has been designed to resemble Windows/Mac as closely as possible. It can be boot from CD/USB which it will temporarily load Celframe Jag on a computer without overwrite the current operating system. It support 3D, touch screen and multi protocols.

Celframe CRM

A 100% Proprietary source CRM and Groupware software.
It is an Open Source CRM software mainly for small and medium businesses. Vtiger CRM is built over proven, fast, and reliable LAMP/WAMP (Linux/Windows, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) technologies and other open source projects.
