Mr. Phemey Pon,
Managing Director
Mr. Phemey Pon, managing director and co-founder of Centaway, has over 20 years of experience in Real estate agency and consultancy businesses. He graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Professional Diploma of Estate Management, has an MBA from the University of Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He started his career in Jones Lang Wootton in 1986 and left in 1990. He then ran his own boutique-style commercial and investment agency firm until 1997. Thereafter, he joined DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and spent about 7 years in the firm’s Beijing and Guangzhou Office as General Manager and Managing Director. Before coming back to Hong Kong to set up ISF Pacific, he worked as General Manager in the Concord Group Shanghai Office for about one year. Mr. Pon has extensive contacts among institutional and private equity property investors in the Greater China Region. He is also experienced in appraising property investment projects, structuring deals and arranging all necessary funding.


Mr. Gordon Poon,
Director
Mr. Gordon Poon, director and co-founder of Centaway, graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in Business Administration (major in Marketing) and has an MBA from the International Management Institute (now IMD) in Geneva. He also holds HKSI Practising Certificates (Securities, Derivatives, Corporate Finance and Asset Management) and HKSI Specialist Certificate (Securities). He started his career as an inter-bank dealer in the treasury operation more than two decades ago, and maintained senior managerial positions in capital markets and investment banking, working for reputable financial institutions including the HSBC, the Bank of America, CIBC, UBS and the Cathay Group of Taiwan in the last 15 years. Mr. Poon is currently a senior advisor of China Investment & Capital Limited, a financial consultancy with principal activities in private equities and direct investment, and an emphasis on the Greater China region. While Mr. Poon has successfully established a thorough and exhaustive network in the investment world of Greater China, his exposure is also truly global, being one of the few Asians who pioneered in corporate finance in London in the late Eighties when the market was just about to be deregulated (the Big Bang), and went on to oversee trading and sales operations in Japan and North America for almost ten years.


Mr. David Wan,
Director
Mr. David Wan, director and co-founder of Centaway, graduated from University of Hong Kong and has a MBA from University of Sydney (Australia). He is a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in U.K and the CPA Australia. He has served as directors in leading securities companies in the region. In addition, Mr. Wan has working experience with Lend Lease (Australia), Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Mr. Wan has extensive experience in the investment and financial industry. Mr. Wan also serve as independent non-executive directors for a few companies listed in the SEHK.

Mr. Mike Koo,
Director
Mr. Mike Koo, director of Centaway, is also the CEO of Uni-Pac Real Estate (Holdings) Limited. He holds a Master of Business Administration and has more than 20 years of real estate experience specializing in sales and project marketing of retail shops and shopping arcade. His exposure in the Hong Kong property market is truly impressive and has a widely known nickname as the "King of Shop" and "Project Doctor ". Besides, Mr. Koo has successfully established a thorough and exhaustive network in the property world of Greater China. He also serve as directors and consultants for a few industry organizations and was Chairman and currently advisors to Hong Kong Chamber of Property Consultants Limited.
