Center Parcs' third village was opened in July 1994 in the Longleat Forest Estate, near Warminster in Wiltshire. The village is located within a valley, which means it has a steeper terrain than other Center Parcs sites. A notable feature of the village is the towering redwood trees which are common in this area of forest. Center Parcs is located off the A632 and A36, immediatley adjacent to Longleat Safari Park, which is clearly visible from many locations.

Accommodation

Longleat Forest has a total of 791 units of accommodation which range from Comfort to exclusive villas including the Pinewood and Redwood Apartments. These villas and apartments can currently accommodate a total of 3956 guests per break. Villas are located in five different areas with each area mostly including every type of accommodation, but the Maple and Ash areas are predominantly made up of executive and exclusive villas.

Comfort Villas

Comfort is the most basic of the accommodation ranges available at Center Parcs. It features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and all the essentails needed for a perfect stay. At longleat Forest these villa are available with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms

Two Bedroom Comfort Villa

This Villa features a shared bathroom, without toilet and a seperate toilet located near the entrance to the villa.

Three Bedroom Comfort Villa

This villa feature a shared bathroom aswell but this time with toilet.In addition there is also a seperate toilet near the entrence of the villa.

Four Bedroom Comfort Villa

These larger villas in addition to a full shared bathroom feature a shower room without toilet. Near the entrance there is an additional toilet.

Comfort Plus Villas

Takes comfort a stage further adding the little extras that make a big differenece such a DVD player, dishwsher, towels, toiletreies & an additional TV in the master bedroom. Comfort Plus villa offer the same bathroom facilities as Comfort Villas.

Woodland Lodges

Features brand new interiors designed by leading interior designer Tara Bernard. The lodges offer a fresh and welcoming place to holiday and little extra such as a Blackboard and LCD televisions make the experience extra special. The whole lodges have been transformed a have brand new oak style floor with bold rugs that complement the Orange and Khaki colour scheme.The kitchens have been totally refitted and designed to make cooking away form home just that little bit easier. Larger larder space has been provided and built in appliances including a fridge and dishwasher have been incorporated. All toilets have been reinstalled in the main bathrooms therefore: two and three bedroom lodges have a full main bathroom and extra loo. Four bedroom lodges feature an extra shower room which does not include a loo.
