Central European Media Enterprises (CME) is a Bermuda-based company, founded by Ronald Lauder, specialising in broadcast, content and Internet operations in Central and Eastern Europe. The company is listed on NASDAQ and Prague Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CETV.

On 23 March 2009 Time Warner announced that they will invest $241.5 million, for a 31% stake, in CME.[2]

In 2009 CME acquired Media Pro Entertainment, one of the leading producers and distributors of television fiction, owning one of the largest production facilities in Central and Eastern Europe.

In autumn 2009 CME successfully launched two new channels: MTV in the Czech Republic and a female oriented channel TV Doma, in the Slovak Republic.
