CesarFTP is an esay-to-use and fast to configure FTP server. It was created by ACLogic, and the current release is 0.99g. Contrary to many of other FTP server programs which might require some tiresome steps for users to operate FTP servers, CesarFTP requires just a few clicks for it, and even beginners can be easily accoustomed with the use of the program. Though it is provided as freeware, it is popular since it is not only handy but provides some advanced options like "running a server as a system service" and "remote control."

CesarFTP is designed to work on Windows NT family operating systems like Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. It works on Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows ME, but there is no support provided for these operating systems. Under Windows 95, Winsock 2 and Internet Explorer 4 or higher are required to get it to work properly<ref>http://www.aclogic.com/</ref>.
