Sir Chandulal Madhavlal Trivedi, KCSI, Kt., CIE, OBE, ICS (1893-1981) was an Indian administrator and civil servant who served as the President of the Bharat Scouts and Guides from February 1967 to October 1973.

He was the Governor of Orissa from 1946 to 1947, and the first Governor of Punjab from 1947 to 1953.

He was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1931, a Companion of the Order of the Indian Empire (CIE) in 1935, a Companion of the Order of the Star of India (CSI) in 1941 and was knighted in 1945 when he was created a Knight Bachelor. Later the same year, he was promoted to the rank of Knight Commander of the Order of the Star of India (KCSI). He was awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 1956.
