Chang'an Ford Automobile Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Ford Motor Company and Chang'an Motors in Chongqing, China.

The company produced 20,000 Ford Fiestas in 2003 and will build the Mondeo and Escape-based Maverick SUV. Production is based around so-called knockdown kits, partially-assembled vehicles imported to meet local assembly regulations. On April 20, 2005, Ford and Mazda announced a new engine factory in Nanjing, China with Changan. Production will start in 2007.

On April 4, 2006, Mazda purchased 15% of Chang'an Ford from Ford to strengthen its ties with the manufacturer.
