Charles Hickcox (born February 6, 1947 in Phoenix, Arizona) is an American swimmer who won four medals (three gold and one silver) at the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City.

Hickcox was named World Swimmer of the Year in 1968 and admitted to the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1976. He was married to Olympic diver Lesley Bush, though they later divorced.
