Mini Biography
Chelsea was born in Burlington Ontario to parents Suzanne and
Gregory Owen. She has a younger sister named Emma. When Chelsea was
five her family moved to Kingston Ontario.
Chelsea attended Woodside School, J.E. Horton School, and Lundy's
Lane School from Kindergarten to grade 6. She was then accepted in
to the Limestone Education through the Arts Program (LEAP) at
Calvin Park School. Chelsea graduated from Grade 7 and 8 LEAP and
continued the program into high school at LCVI.
She attended LCVI for grades 9 and 10, but her family moved to the
United States to spend a year in Minneapolis, MN . There, Chelsea
was accepted into the
Perpich Center for Arts
Education- Arts High School where she was enrolled in the
theatre program.
After completing a year of high school in Minnesota, she moved back
to Kingston, Ontario where she is planning to return to LCVI in the
fall.
