skin care manufacturer. The company manufactures
mostly natural herbal products for the Caribbean area.
History
Previous Cher-Mere website
The company was founded in 1985 by Cheryl Bowles. Several
attempts have been made by the company to expand outside of
Trinidad. In 2005
Cher-Mere began shipments to a North American distribution company
called Nexetech. Nexetech distributes most of the products through
ebay. Cher-Mere is also known
for taking part in several charity events including donating
towards
Breast
Cancer Action Kingston.
Founder
Cheryl Bowles was a
chemist for
Nestlé
for 15 years. Nestlé left Trinidad, at which point Cheryl Bowles
incorporated the company Cher-Mere. Cheryl hosts a blog on the
Cher-Mere
website.
Products
Cher-Mere has a wide range of
products such as
Shampoo,
hair conditioner, and
Moisturizer, which is
manufactured in
Trinidad's capital - Port of
Spain.
Redesign
On April 4th Cher-Mere underwent a redesign of the
company website,
ebay store, and
corporate image. The site was redesigned by
