China International Capital Corporation (CICC; 中国国际金融有限公司) is one of China's largest investment banking and research services company. The company offers fund managers and corporate clients corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions advisory; securities and brokerage; underwriting; asset management; sponsoring and fund management; and inter-bank lending and borrowing services. Its research department focuses on fundamental analysis, industry cycles, and corporate earnings on the prices of stocks and bonds.[1] CICC was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Beijing, China. It has offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong. David X. Li is the head of the risk management department. At the 2008 ALB China Law Awards[2], CICC was crowned: Deal of the Year - Energy & Resources Deal of the Year

The investment bank's founding shareholders are China Jianyin Investment Limited, Morgan Stanley International Incorporated China National Investment & Guaranty Co., Ltd., The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, and Hong Kong Mingly Corporation. Headquartered in Beijing ,CICC has established offices in strategic in China, such as Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

CICC’s business has been expanding since its incorporation.
