China International Capital Corporation (CICC) is the first joint venture investment bank in China and has a registered capital of US$125 million. The investment bank's founding shareholders are China Jianyin Investment Limited, Morgan Stanley International Incorporated China National Investment & Guaranty Co., Ltd., The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, and Hong Kong Mingly Corporation. Headquartered in Beijing ,CICC has established offices in strategic in China, such as Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

CICC’s business has been expanding since its incorporation. Its core business departments include Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Sales & Trading, Research, Fixed Income, Asset Management and Private Equity. These core businesses are enhanced by internal risk control and information technology systems as well as other supporting departments.

CICC is licensed or authorized by the governmental to engage in domestic and foreign stock/bond trading (brokerage, proprietary and underwriting); fund and asset management; advice on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and investments; foreign currency trading and asset management; inter-bank lending and borrowing.
