A chocolate cake is an alcoholicshot-style
beverage that is said to taste like chocolate cake. The drink is
made with 50% Frangelico and 50% vodka. Prior to drinking, the consumer bites into a
lemon wedge coated with
sugar, and retains the juice
from the lemon inside the mouth instead of swallowing it. The
beverage is consumed, and the lemon wedge is put back in the mouth
immediately. It is claimed that this last step creates the taste of
chocolate cake.
