Controversy
On the Chris Foxx hosted mixtape "The 504 Takeover" rap artist Will The Great dissed Young City aka "Chopper" formerly of Da Band a group created by rap mogul Diddy.
In the month's following the diss, associates of Young City allegedly harassed Foxx by phone and through third party messages regarding the diss.
Rumors spread that Young City held Foxx responsible for allowing the diss to air on the mixtape he held creative control over.
Ozone magazine later reported an incident involving Young City and unidentified individuals outside of Atlanta night club Fuel.
Young City's camp later hinted that the individuals were Murphy "The Great One" Maldanado and Michael "British" Moore who are both well known associates of Foxx's.
While his associates cried foul over Young City's "dry snitching", Foxx's name found it's way in the news again with Young City but this time indirectly.
Former No Limit artist Choppa exchanged words with City outside of a Gentlemen's Club in Houston.
Choppa explained the exchange as a mere discussion with City over his previous use of the same stage name while Young City felt Choppa was acting as an ally of Foxx's.
At a Hip Hop Summit months later Foxx's former boss Anthony "Boz" Boswell brokered a truce between the young men.
Since then Young City has made appearances on two Chris Foxx hosted mixtape's (Power Move & Position of Power).Reports surfaced that Fabian Basabe and another individual engaged in a shouting match at a party for Lindsay Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson at New York City hot spot The Plumm.
Foxx who is friends with Samantha Ronson and her brother Mark was rumored to have been the individual involved in the fracas.
Foxx's representative Alex Vanderpoole denied the reports citing that his client was at Continental Airlines Arena that night watching the New Jersey Nets host the Miami Heat.
A club host did confirm Foxx was on the guest list that night at The Plumm but could not verify whether he was actually in attendance or not. Personal life
