The parish of Christ Church is a parish of Barbados at the southern end of the island. It contains the airport, the Sir Grantley Adams International Airport. The main town in Christ Church is Oistins, a major fishing centre and former capital for the parish.
Another notable area is Saint Lawrence Gap, often abbreviated to "The Gap", which is the most lively tourist area on the island. Many of the bars and clubs are well populated by locals and tourists alike.
