Pentecostal Theological Seminary, located in Cleveland, Tennessee, is the main theological training center for the Church of God (Cleveland) and Church of God of Prophecy. The school was founded in 1975 as the Church of God Graduate School of Christian Ministries. In 1978 the name was changed to Church of God School of Theology, and later the name was changed once again to Church of God Theological Seminary. The most recent name change to Pentecostal Theological Seminary in 2009, reflects a broadening of focus beyond the Church of God denomination.

The seminary distinguishes itself as one of the few ministry training institutions that integrates both Pentecostal and Wesleyan theological emphases. The seminary offers several degrees which include the Master of Arts in Church Ministries (M.A.C.M.), the Master of Arts in Discipleship and Christian Formation (M.A.D.C.F.), the Master of Arts in Counseling, the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) and the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.).
