Cipher Complex is a video game being created for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 by Edge of Reality Games.
The game was going to be published by SEGA, but in mid 2009 (after 3 years of work) it seems that they decided to stop the development, as noted in the resume of a former employer of the studio.[1]
