Guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Milan Paul Nikitovich was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 25, 1956 to father Pavle K Nikitovich and mother Ruza (Markovich) Nikitovich. He has a sister Jovanka Yvonne and a brother Peter Robert. On June 16, 1984 he married Marie Louise Trailov and they had two children, Nigel Nuri (September 6, 1985) and Loren Alexander, (November 3, 1987).<BR>

He started playing guitar at the age of fourteen. In his early twenties, he was a founding member of the band "Suspect" along with guitarist Steven D Cohen and performed at many venues in the Chicago area including The Cubby Bear Lounge, Off Broadway, Orphans, Somebody Else's Trouble, Lilly Langtrees, and Sally's Stage. In 2004, he formed the band "Replay Retro Rock" along with his son and percussionist Loren and performs regularly at the Stage Left Cafe in Woodstock, Illinois and other venues in the McHenry County area. In 2006, the band went through a personnel change and the band name was changed to "Backroads".<BR>

He is the founder and owner of Cisum, a music based company made up of four divisions: RIFF Pro, talent management services specializing in client marketing, recording contracts, and performance bookings; RIFF Productions, concert and event production services; RIFF Records, publishing, distribution, and sales for Cisum artists; and RIFF Studio, recording facilites that provide digital and analog audio and video recording, mixing, and mastering services. Other services include musical composition and transposition, motion picture soundtracks, and instuction in various musical instruments.
