<p align="justify">Started in 2002 by a lone gamer Clantemplates (CT) has become a well known provider of free, high-quality web templates and logos for aspiring online-game clans. CT now boasts a large memberbase of 76,000 and 'employs' talented designers to produce some of the best free Templates on the web. Rolling out an average of 1 new template per month and numerous logos its also no wonder that it has an extremely large number of unqiue daily hits .</p>
<p>Now too much for just one man Vineet Chaudhary enlists the help of professional porgrammer Joe Nakor Hansen and experienced adminstartors Melissa Serenity Mancuso and Psycrotic to govern the enormous site.</p>

History

<p align="justify">In 2002, Vineet Chaudhary (Sultan) created ClanTemplates after becoming aggravated at the constant requests by other clans to make good looking layouts. Knowing full well that gamers and teenagers don't have deep pockets, clantemplates.tk was created in order to serve the Age of Empires 2 community for free. </p>

Within one month, requests for templates from other games such as Asherons Call, Age of Conquerors, Counterstrike and others began pounding the CT message boards. Andrei Martchenko (Pac) and Arihant Jain (jainarihant) became admins in 2003 and helped shape the beginnings of CT by managing the staff and fullfilling the demands of these gamers. In the summer of 2004, Joe Hansen (Nakor) joined as Senior Programmer and quickly moved up the ranks to become an admin and managing the security and integrity of the network. In 2005, Melissa Mancuso (Serenity) amazed the CT community with her dedication to designing and was awarded the admin position to fullfil larger goals of the network. The newest of adminstrators Psycrotic only recently joined the admin team on March 2nd 2006.

Starting with a 10mb AT&T personal hosting account in the beginning, the site quickly progressed to being sponsored by a hosting company, but outgrew the sponsored bandwidth within a few months. The ClanTemplates.com domain was then sponsored by another individual in return for a custom layout.

Today the ClanTemplates.com network runs on two dedicated servers with 2.4tb bandwidth capacities and 100mbit lines and continues to strive in providing high quality templates, signatures and renders for gamers and designers for no charge. ClanTemplates.com staff is renowned in the gaming world and the admins manage the constantly growing member base and serve the community to the best of their abilities.
