Clearcall Online is a European telecommunications company based in Spain. The company was formed in 2007 by Tony Hartley and Phil Ray after they had successfully launched a last mile internet connection service for Telitec Connections S.L. in Costa Blanca, Spain.

The Clearcall Online VoIP Account gives clients access to features and services that are usually only available through large office switchboards. Clearcall Online's offers low cost call rates and free calls to many International destinations. This is achieved through the use of a VoIP service that expands on the telephone service package a client already has. When a client already receives a discount or a package of free calls from their telephone provider, the Clearcall package runs alongside these but does not completely replacing them. Clearcall Online then finds the cheapest way for the client to make all other calls. They help domestic users, students, and home workers control communication costs as well as giving large businesses the means to unify some of their existing telecoms and messaging services.

Clearcall Online sells it's service throughout Europe. Most sales occur in Spain in areas which are not covered by other telephone service providers.
