Clifton Powell (born March 16, 1956) is an American actor and comedian.

Powell was born in Washington, D.C. He is best known for his role as Pinky in the 2000 comedy film, Next Friday and its 2002 sequel, Friday After Next. He is also known for providing the voice of the character, Big Smoke on the 2004 action videogame, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and also recurring plays from famous writer and actor, Tyler Perry.
In the 1990s he was often mistaken as Charlie Murphy, Eddie Murphy's brother.
