Close Quarter Battle K-9 operator teams for special security assignments, training, and sales of imported police dogs, globally. Solely founded owned and operated by Alex, since 1986. We provide patrol and explosive detection dogs and former Special Forces personnel for close, executive and personal protection duties.
Our K-9’s are imported German Shepherd Dogs from Eastern European military police kennels. We are constantly training and working in the world’s hot spots. Over 17 countries we have deployed to, during our 19 year existence. I served for four years in U.S. Marines Reconnaissance Teams.

Beginning with the most important part of the equation, the operator undergoes rigorous training even before he/she handles a dog. Such topics as survival, map reading, driving, weapons, communications, etiquette, explosives, Hwa Rang Do Korean martial art, emergency trauma and special night operations are just the beginning to be on the CQB K-9 team. Then paired with an exceptional K-9 partner does only the training begin for the operator team. On going and progressive, we strive and are the elite in private security operations in the K-9 field.

Utilizing 4x4 vehicles, night vision goggles, hi-tech radios and advanced techniques, we are able to cover more ground, deploy fast, and apprehend intruders far more quickly than conventional security guards. Having the operator and dog bond in hard corps training exercises with pyrotechnics, smoke, fire, water, live Soviet and Eastern Bloc weapons, develops a unique bond, unmatched by any other K-9 operator teams throughout the world.

Our CQB K-9 Patrol/Explosive detection operator teams conduct bomb and/or IED sweeps for aircraft, executive residences, dormitories, industrial warehouses, vehicles in high threat situations, and are superbly trained in secret methods passed down from the old world instructors. We train a dog to indicate on 10 explosive compounds. No toys, balls, tugs are utilized whatsoever in our curriculum. We believe that the search is what the dog is motivated
primarily on for his reward, and finding a suspicious device is secondary, and then lavishly praised, but the work is not a game, and other trainers have not been out in the real world to know that toys on the battlefield, just are not appropriate.

We are specialists and pioneers in high angle assaults with K-9 operator teams. Rappelling is a skilled mastered by CQB K-9 clandestinely inserting up the side of a building, by means of classified devices, and entering a room for a hostage rescue or extraction, can be accomplished with far less manpower, noise and liability of an entry SWAT team blowing up doors and lighting off flash bang grenades. Our dogs can differentiate between hostile and friendly. We operate out of helicopters as a quick deployment platform, and also have parachuting capability CQB K-9 is truly at the cutting edge of advanced special operations with dogs.

Our counter-terrorist K-9’s are also unique to today’s world, though becoming more utilized because of the events shaping our world today. Most of our methods are classified information, participants in our training courses can see first hand, how a dog is far more under estimated and utilized by other organizations regarding deployments with their K-9 handler teams. One to multiple K-9’s can accomplish surgical take-outs of snipers, shooters and hostiles. Maritime aspects of providing harbor patrols, dockside guarding of yachts, and shadowing high profile vessels from a safe distance are yet another one of our specializations with dogs.

Let’s look at the basics of our K-9 training program. First, we import our dogs directly though contacts in the Eastern European military police kennels. The dogs have a better temperament, hereditarily sounder, highly intelligent, and more physically active than most other police-type dogs working on the streets today. They start out at 6 weeks of age, with elementary testing of drives, agility and response to gunfire, loud noises, crowds, and different situations. Then, they start training in obedience, basic attack/bite work, following up with explosive detection scents and patrol work. This can take up to two years of solid schooling for the dog, even before he goes to advanced disciplines. And the operator is there right alongside during all phases of the curriculum. Mainly training at during hours of darkness, bringing at the dogs’ natural instincts as nocturnal hunters, is where the operator team is going to be operating in, dark, cold, wet and unsafe terrain. The bonding process between man and animal is tighter in these aspects making a much more dependable team to offer a client in need.

The training consists of obstacle and confidence courses, exposure to fire, smoke, water, Soviet and Eastern Bloc gunfire, stun grenades, mace and gas exposure with hostile aggressors lurking about. The operator goes through all training as the dog. We regularly train in desert 43C temperatures, to frozen, 3000m mountaintops for all around diversity. German Shepherd Dogs are without peer in this aspect, as they are the most diversified and adaptable to any climate on earth. Only Special Forces personnel with extensive backgrounds are suitable candidates for our selection courses. Being able to perform in hostile environments and to act in a calm, professional is a necessary attribute and preliminary qualification to joining the
CQB K-9 team. 48 hour exercises of pursuit, survival, capture, resistance to interrogation and escape and evasion are also taught, should the need arise to bring up the operator teams’ awareness to potential hazardous paramilitary operations.

Most of our assignments are in industrial, urban environments consisting patrolling a perimeter on the lookout for intruders, riots and strikes, protecting buildings from sabotage, guarding high dollar equipment, and being a high profile deterrence to criminals.
We deployed recently to train a government team with advise and knowledge of anti-terrorist dogs. We also provide information to other foreign police and military units on narcotic interdiction, explosive detection and counter-terrorist methods using K-9’s.

Executive protection gives the client piece of mind that his family, estate and property are well guarded by a superbly trained and experienced handler team. All of our assignments have resulted in 0% of criminal penetration. A K-9 operator team is cost effective and the same as employing seven regular guards. We strive for perfection and train 365 days a year.

Our dogs have a “switch” to go from nice, to nightmare. A CQB K-9 dog can drop a Bad Guy faster and harder than an H & K MP-5.
