Collin Chou (traditional Chinese: 鄒兆龍; simplified Chinese: 邹兆龙; pinyin: Zōu Zhàolóng; born 11 August 1967 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan), sometimes credited as Ngai Sing, is a Taiwanese and Chinese actor and martial artist known in the United States for his portrayal of Seraph in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions as well as the Enter the Matrix video game. In Asian cinema, he has worked in several films with Jet Li and Sammo Hung, including the 2006 martial-arts epic, Fearless. He squared off against Donnie Yen in Flash Point, and starred alongside Jet Li and Jackie Chan together for the first time in The Forbidden Kingdom in which he played the Jade Warlord.
