Mara Aramov

Mara Aramov is an ex-KGB agent and one of the major antagonists in the series.



She killed Vince Hadden, the Secretary of State who was actually behind the secret agency. At the end of the events of Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain, Gary Stoneman can be seen aiming through his rifle's scope apparently about to assassinate her. In a bonus mission in the sequel, it is revealed that both she and Elsa Weissenger were apparently involved in a secret love affair. It is revealed that Stoneman had orders to elimanate them.

Trivia

At the end of each first three games of the Syphon Filter series, (SF1, SF2, and SF3) she laughs.

She has a metal plate in her head, which explains how she has survived so many times throughout the series.

In the first Syphon Filter, her hair color was Auburn/Brown. In every other Syphon Since, her hair was blond, however, in Syphon Filter 3, when a flashback is shown of her in the DC Subway of Syphon Filter 1, she has blond hair yet again.
