The Convention against Transnational Organized Crime is a United Nations convention against transnational organized crime, adopted in 2000. It is also called the Palermo Convention, and its two protocols (the Palermo Protocols) are:

All three of these instruments contain elements of the current international law on human trafficking. The convention and the protocols fall under the jurisdiction of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
