Founded in 1989, [Coray Gurnitz Consulting] (CGC) guides performance improvement efforts for organizations through developing and implementing strategies and processes that are co-created with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Approach



Like many organizations, CGC clients struggle with human capital planning, working hard to connect performance to organizational outcomes and measures. CGC tries to resolve these issues using the tenets of Appreciative Inquiry and Social Constructionism —focusing on what’s possible, not what’s broken, to push through barriers and create faster, more lasting change. By co-creating solutions with their clients, they bring the tools and the processes and mine the organization’s knowledge to develop business solutions that are implementable and sustainable.
