Courtney Marie Andrews is an indie folk singer-songwriter, musician from Phoenix, Arizona, USA, . Andrews was one of the ten artists that participated in Phoenix’s first annual Winter Folk Festival. Andrews began songwriting at the age of 15 and released her first album Urban Myths in 2007 on River Jones Music when she was seventeen. ^{[1] [2]} Courtney has performed along side bands from Sub Pop, Barsuk, and Saddle Creek. Bands like Death Vessel ^[3], Serah Cahoone, Rocky Votolato, and Jeff Hanson. In September of 2009, Jim Adkins of Jimmy Eat World asked Courtney to do a duet of a Wilco song that features Feist with him live on stage. Courtney has been a top 10 seller in Phoenix next to bands like Antony and the Johnsons, Animal Collective, and Andrew Bird. ^[4]
