Craig Handley is a Welsh film writer, producer and script editor. He was born in Merthyr Tydfil and attended Cyfarthfa High School [1]

He is known for writing innovative, crowd-pleasing independent short films with microscopic budgets and fast schedules by industry standards. Handley is the oldest child of a Welsh family of Irish and English/American descent [2].

In 2006 Craig Handley traced his family tree and discovered that he is a descendent of George Handley, Governor of the U.S. State of Georgia (from 1788) and delegate to the state convention that ratified the U.S. Constitution [3].
