Craig A. Pisaris-Henderson is the Founding and Managing Member of The Nexus Group/Nexus Capital, LLC. The Nexus Group serves as a strategic consulting and investment company, serving as the nexus or connection for both public and private companies seeking guidance to grow their businesses through strategic services. The organization's investments and strategic consultancy services have included the Online Marketing & Advertising, Technology, Real Estate and Construction areas, among others.<p>

Collectively, the Nexus team has raised approximately $100M for affiliated companies and has lead over $250M in M&A transactions around the world. The team has directed companies through the “going public” process, accessing both the capital markets as well as private and less traditional markets. Nexus has also assisted other companies via the RPO or Reverse Merge process - bringing vast experience to its portfolio of companies.<p>

Prior to Nexus, Pisaris-Henderson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA) until April 2006. Having founded the company in 1996, he guided the company — a global leader in developing and providing performance-based marketing and commerce enabling services — through one of the most competitive environments in the online industry. Throughout the course of this tenure, he also held the positions of President and Chief Technology Officer at points in the history of FindWhat.com - MIVA's predecessor company.<p>
