His first job was as a bartender on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. He moved to Los Angeles in 1994, only to return to New York City a year later. He continued to study acting under the mentorship of William Esper and his studio. In 2001, Craig and Tara established VoiceStarz, Inc., an Internet-based company that teaches people how to get into the voice-over business, of which Craig is the C.E.O.,[1] in addition to acting as Tara's manager.[2] In early 2004, Craig became a realtor for Keller Williams Realty, he also started his realty estate Strong & Prouty.
