Craig Adam Terrill[1] (born June 27, 1980) is an American football player who currently plays for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League.

Attended Lebanon High School in Lebanon, Indiana where he was a 4-year starter on the varsity football team. As a senior, he was voted all-conference for Sagamore and all-state for Indiana. He also holds school records for shot-put.
Attended Purdue University where he was a four-year starter on the defensive line for the Boilermakers. Amassed 131 tackles (89 solo) and 35.5 tackles for losses of 165 yards. Ranks fifth on school’s career sack list with 20.5. All-Big Ten selection by coaches and honorable mention by media as a fifth-year senior. As junior was honorable mention All-Big Ten by coaches and media. Started every game as sophomore. Appeared in all 12 games and started eight freshman year
Majored in Journalism and has written pieces published in Gold and
Black Illustrated and The Spokesman Review.
Three career blocked field goals ranks second in club history (Joe Nash, 8). Selected with the 24th pick in the sixth round (189th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft. Second defensive lineman taken by team and second consecutive year team has drafted a defensive lineman in the sixth round. Only fourth player chosen from Purdue University in club history. With fourth-round selection Niko Koutouvides, became first teammates to be drafted by Seahawks since 1998.
2004:Played in four games. Made roster during training camp but was inactive to start the season (Weeks 1-6). Dressed for first time at Arizona (10/24) but did not play. Inactive for weeks 8-13. Made NFL debut at Minnesota (12/12) playing defensive tackle. Registered one assisted tackle. Posted career-high two tackles against Atlanta (1/2/05) in season finale. Played in Wild Card Game vs. St. Louis (1/8/05) and split a sack with defensive linemate Cedric Woodard.
2005:Played in all 16 games recording 18 tackles and 2.0 sacks. Recorded first sack of career at St. Louis (10/9). Had a career-high three tackles at Tennessee (12/18). Blocked a field goal attempt at Washington (10/2), first blocked field goal since Lamar King’s blocked kick at Green Bay (11/1/99, 92 games). Played in all three postseason games and posted six tackles, including a forced fumble in the NFC Championship against Carolina (1/22/06)
2006:Played 11 games at defensive tackle and on special teams before being placed on injured reserve (knee) on December 12. Recorded 11 tackles, 3.0 sacks, one fumble recovery and blocked two field goals. Was inactive at St. Louis (10/15) and versus Minnesota (10/22). Had arguably his two finest games of his career on Monday Night Football. Versus Oakland (11/6), set career highs in tackles (5) and sacks (3.0) and two games later versus Green Bay (11/27), blocked a field goal for second straight week, recovered a fumble (third career) and had three stops. Blocked his second-career field goal at San Francisco (11/19)
2007: Played in all 16 games for the second time in career with two starts and finished the season with 25 tackles (19 solo), two quarterback hits and one pass defensed. Tallied four solo tackles and one passed defensed in the season opener vs. Tampa Bay (9/9). Tied career high with five tackles (two solo) at Pittsburgh (10/7). Made first-career start vs. Baltimore (12/23). Recorded three tackles (two solo) in the NFC Wild Card Game vs. Washington (1/5/08). Registered two solo tackles in the NFC Divisional Game at Green Bay (1/12/08).
Craig's music has been described as American Rock. Craig has performed on stage with {Garth Brooks} in Las Vegas and at {The House of Blues} in both Chicago and Orlando. He and sang the National Anthem at a Seahawks playoff game in 2006 and at an Everett Hawks game in 2007. He opened for Seal with Paul Allen's band at Seattle's WAMU Theater on November 3, 2006. Craig also played smaller shows at The Triple Door (Seattle), The Tap House (Seattle), and the Tulalip Cabaret (Marysville, WA).
His music is influenced by Springsteen, Mellencamp, Seeger, Tom Petty, and others.
He has been featured in the Seattle Times, Seattle PI, KING News, FSN, Q It Up Sports, Seahawks.com, and the Everett Harold, Indianapolis Star, Lebanon Reporter.
Played in a band in college, The Strangers, with his brother, Jason.
Craig currently plays different venues in the Seattle area as well as playing football on the field at Qwest Field.
He and his wife, Rachel, reside in Seattle, Washington. Craig Terrill plans to write-in Ron Paul for president in 2008.[2 ] He was the Grand Marshall of the Lebanon 4th of July Parade in 2005.
