CrazeFM is an online radio station that was launched near the end of 2004 in Oslo, Norway. It's growing beyond all boundaries creating ripples wherever it's heard. CrazeFM is an Online Radio that runs on multiple servers where it streams out on-demand requests made by users from all over the world. Users tune into the website, and click on a song in the playlist, or add their own requests which they want to hear.

The SMS system on CrazeFM is quite smartly embedded, allowing over 30 countries to send in their requests via their cell phones along with their dedications that are viewable on CrazeFM and on portals that use CrazeFM's online radio system.

CrazeFM is run on PHP, MySQL and uses IceCast to broadcast its streams.

CrazeFM has been very active when it comes to charity events. In the past CrazeFM's show called, Wakas Mir LIVE, has covered various charity campaigns with great success.

When the Earth quake hit Pakistan, this campaign was run and we gathered the funds that were later on sent to the needy

- Eye operations for kids - 2007
This campaign was to cover the eye operations for little kids in India and Pakistan

Wakas Mir, who is the managing director of CrazeFM covers the funds. And anything that users contribute is added to the kitty and further on used on development of the site. There have been lots of costs associated with CrazeFM, when it comes to online questionnaire systems, development of current features, additional modules, and lots of features that make CrazeFM what it is today.
