"Crazy Water" is a song by Elton John with lyrics written by Bernie Taupin. It is the seventh track on his 1976 album, Blue Moves. The song was released as a single in the UK in 1977, where it reached #27 on the charts. It also charted in Scandinavia and Switzerland.

The background vocal arrangements which featured Toni Tennille amongst others, were by done by Daryl Dragon (aka "The Captain") of Captain & Tennille, and sounds remenicent to the vocal arrangement he did on their hit song "Can't Stop Dancin'".

Also featured during the chorus is some funky sounds from a clavinet played by James Newton-Howard who is now a well known feature film composer and the composer of the theme to the hit TV drama ER.
