Critical Mass is an educational video game being developed at Purdue University. The game teaches players about chemistry while they try to save the world. The game uses the Truevision3D engine.

This game has come under scrutiny as the creators may be facing a copyright infringement suit from Sean O'Connor, creator of the 1996 game with the same title.
