Croftfoot United F.C. is a small Glasgow
amateur team based in the district of Croftfoot.
History
Croftfoot
United FC was founded in 2000 by two young Scotttish men eager to
form their own club. The name "Croftfoot" United was established
from the area in which they are based, Croftfoot. United
immediately became a success with British record wins against lower
league sides. They went on to establish themselves as the biggest
club in Croftfoot by winning 6 consecutive league titles. They also
sit proudly at the top of the finincial table after patriotic
chairman Scott Simpson wiped out the clubs debts. They now take
part in the biggest and oldest rivalry in Croftfoot playing against
their arch enemies Croftfoot West. Croftfoot United also made
history when long-serving midfielder Andy Mcnaught made the
dramatic switch across the divide to Croftfoot
West.
