Cyborg 3: The Recycler is the 1994 direct-to-video sequel to Cyborg 2 starring Malcolm McDowell and Khrystyne Haje. Released on home video in 1994, the film is directed by Michael Schroeder.
Set in a desolate post apocalyptic world where a once thriving golden age of man and cyborgs has ended and cyborgs are now at the mercy of men who hunt for their parts.
Cash (Haje), a female cyborg and the star of the previous film learns from Doc Edford (Margaret Avery) that she has somehow become pregnant. She heads for obscure city of Cytown to find Evans (Zach Galligan), a creator of cyborgs to find out what is going on. She is followed by Anton Lewellyn (Richard Lynch) and his assistant Jocko (Andrew Bryniarski). Lewellyn makes a living by hunting down cyborgs and selling their parts. Though he has long wanted to find Cytown (the last haven for cyborgs) he now becomes obsessed in getting Cash as well as her child.
