.D-Day, or the D-Day Group (DDG), is a group of users from 4chan, YTMND, GameFAQs, KNova, among others, who have trolled forums which they deem unworthy. Such forums include very conservative Christian forums, to emo communities. During the raid on eBaum's World, word about said attack came from the DDG IRC channel, and YTMND. DDG is responsible for the take over of CuttingBuddies.com and many other forums deemed unworthy. They continue to attack such forums to this day.

Famous in 4chan mythology, they have many names. The Fourth /B/eich, /B/eon, and other names, the majority is from the /b/ forums and YTMND. Upon their successful raids, they have downed the following sites, which I will attempt to put in chronological order and describe for you-

Cutting Buddies(January 7th, 2006)- Pre-D-Day invasion. This one started on 4chan, and was quick and merciless. Once the owners gave the board to the D-Day squad, the user and now Führer of D-Day "ANONYMOUS IS VICTORIOUS" established D-Day and the IRC chat. He proclaimed this the main Headquarters of D-Day, and quickly, they were sent into the field again. Ten elite internet-warriors against EBaum's World. It was to be a quick suicide, but it was soon shown that it would be a much more glorious battle for the team.

EBaum's World (January 7th, 2006)- The true first battle for the D-Day Group, I have gotten one of them to share their experiences on it for us.

"When we got there, it was pure chaos. YTMND has been bombing the place already, so while our troops landed, we sent a messanger to the chats. There, he watched the chat get pelted by YTMND phalanx, and between the 'WHO'S THE MAN NOW, DOG?' and obscure Duck Tales references, figures out what had happened. He posted a link to our HQ, and quickly we got many allies. Among them were GFAQs, a long-time enemy, YTMND, which was basically us with sites, Something Awful, quite possibly the LARGEST enemy of 4chan to date, and the Gay Nigger Association of America, which had flammed 4chan before, and, while we all didn't like them, we respected them, and for a damn good reason. Many of our Raptoranity believers thought that the appocalypse was upon us, as the internets old enemies had joined to face a greater evil, and we sure felt like warriors of God. The forums went down constantly from the bombardments, and the night was won. We all slept not as men that night, but as Gods." -Anonymous D-Dayer, January 8th, 2006

Anime Forums (January 7th, 2006)- The darkest momment of the night, when an unidentified member of D-Day, believed to be the member "B_P", warned Anime Forums of the impending invasion. The D-Dayers were furious of the traitor amongst their ranks, and quickly delt with him. Three important things fell that night- Cutting Buddies, EBaum's World, and "B_P". Sources say "He won't be missed, the (censored)."
