D.Corporation is one of the largest professional services and student politics organization in the world. Corporation employs 35 people in a global network spanning 5 countries. Composite revenues of Corporation members in 2005 were $15.7 billion USD. Corporation has five lines of services: Politics services, Legpulling services, Backbiting services, and advisory services.

Name

The title of the firm, D.Corporation, is actually an acronym. The name was thought of by one of the founder, Osama Banoori's intellectual friend, Suleman Haris. So the Corporation was born. The meaning of the letter "D" in the name is actually a very well kept secret, and only known to members. It is rumored, that the members and operatives of this secret organization, are sworn to secrecy, about not letting anyone else know the meaning of the letter.

Recently while on a drinking rampage Osama Banoori started to shout the meaning of the D. to enemy sources, hence he was sacked from the organization and relegated to honourary adviser in Leeds. But there are serious doubts about this news and some inside moles have confirmed that Osama Banoori the great is still the President.

This year after immense begging D.Corp allowed the CIA the title of junior partner to help in carrying out it's many survillance operations around the globe.

Tax shelter fraud

In early 2005, the United States member firm, Corporation, was accused by the United States Department of Justice of fraud in marketing abusive tax shelters. Under an agreement, Corporation admitted criminal wrongdoing in creating fraudulent tax shelters to help wealthy clients avoid $2.5 billion in taxes and agreed to pay $456 million in penalties in exchange for a deferred prosecution agreement. Corporation will not face criminal prosecution as long as it complies with the terms of its agreement with the government.

Before the settlement, the firm, on the advice of its counsel Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, removed several tax partners and admitted "unlawful conduct" by those partners. The firm agreed to cooperate with DOJ's investigation and help prosecute former partners who had devised and sold the tax shelters. Additionally, the firm hired former U.S. district judge Sven Erik Holmes to monitor its legal and regulatory affairs.

They sometimes point to a dramatic increase in the divorce and family breakdown since the rise of feminism. Hence it is general policy and nature of the members to show the "GRAND L" in every action they do in their daily routine. Ofcourse there are exemptions for the President and the Chairman.
