A pioneer to the Hip Hop scene in Canada, Wax has been DJ'ing and rocking parties on the turntables since 1991. Quickly rising to the top of the game competing and winning all types of competitions. Some of the impressive accolades to his name are winning the DMC Vancouver contest in 1998, following it up with a national title, being crowned DMC Canadian champion in 1999. Placing 4th overall in the DMC World championships in 2000, Wax was well on his way to becoming one of the most well known and respected DJ's in the world, He added the 2001 ITF championship to his
resume following the DMC World Championship. Acomplishing such huge feats in such a short period of time, he turned his attention to sharing his skills with the public, working in nightclubs, all across North America with the likes of some of the most popular artists in Hip hop music. Q-Bert, Beatjunkies, The Roots, Biz Markie, A Track, Mix master mike , Ninja Tune DJs, Kos, Xzibit, Souls of Mischief, Kurupt, Nate Dogg, Dr. Dre, DJ Rectangle, E40, DJ Craze, Destiny's Child, Snoop Dogg, Jin and many more. Wax was also the DJ for Snoop Dogg's 2004 TOUR. In 2005, Wax has released his first mixtape CD "The Return", which has been sold out in stores within the first week of release in Seattle and Vancouver. After such success, recently in 2006 Wax has released his second limited edition mixtape CD "Certified".
