dSpeed


dSpeed is a middleware software for DSP-clusters.

It is developed by ENEA AB in Sweden.

The dSpeed SW is used in embedded systems that includes one or more Digital signal processor with one ore more kernels each. It controls and supervises the DSP.

  • The first version (ver 1.0) of dSpeed was released in October 2007.
    The second version (ver. 2.0) was released in Mars 2008.
    The second version handles more DPS:s than the ver. 1.0.

    The red boxes shows what dSpeed can include.



    dSpeed is placed on top of the Operating System Embedded OSE ck (”compact kernel”).

    The dSpeed soft ware can also communicate in a good way with the Open Source program LINX .
