Daniel Hetherton (born 08/08/88 at just after 8pm, weighing 8lbs 8oz) is the drummer of a pop/rock band called Elliot Minor. He also sings backing vocals in the band. Dan is the youngest member of the band, being 19, while his bandmates Alex Davies, Ed Minton, Teddy Hetherton and Ali Paul are 20. He has been touring with his band since early this year. Before Christmas, Elliot Minor started recording their album in Los Angeles. Their second single Jessica was released on 6th August and entered the charts at number 19 following their debut single Parallel Worlds which hit number 31 in the charts.

Hailing from York, Dan has 5 brothers, George, Harry, Ed (more commonly known as Ted or Teddy; he is the bassist for Elliot Minor), Freddie and Olly, a half-brother, Charlie, and a half-sister, Alex.
