Daniél David Telo (IPA
pronunciation: [Tee-lo][1]) (born December 13, 1990) is a New
Zealand R&B singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, fashion
designer, and model. Telo rose to fame as the creative force and
lead singer of R&B boy band Cherish.
Cherish
In
September 2000, when he was 9 years old, Daniel and three fellow
school mates Quinton, Steven and Aron formed a boyband named
Cherish.
Cherish was immediately signed to Sony-BMG and was soon a
favourite in the NZ TV show "Top Of The Pops Pre-show". In early
2002, Cherish disbanded. Rumours indicate that this was due to in
group fighting between Daniel And Quinton, though these rumours
have yet to be proven true. Ḥ
Spaces
Eventually after
Cherish disbanded, Telo went on to form a solo career with his
first single "Spaces" Reaching #41 in the Australian
ARIA Charts. In February 2008
Daniel announced on his official Myspace Page than His highly
anticipated album "Everything Changes" was being put on hold due to
other commitments.
