Daniel Adam Warren (March 15, 1972) is a composer and jazz musician.
Daniel “Dank” Warren was born in Tennessee under the strong influence of deep south gospel, blues, soul and jazz.
He was soon taken under the wing of mentor and Memphis jazz piano lengend Donald Brown (Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers).
After many years on the Jazz scene, multi-instrumentalist and composer Daniel Warren visualized the innovative and diverse film composition company, Groovestrings.
Initially a commercial based venture, Groovestrings began to receive recognition among the New York City independent film circuit as the main source for compositions ranging from deep orchestral sound canvases to eclectic urban tracks.
